Three feet down it begins with pea gravel for groundwater. Concrete footings and floor comes next. Then cinder block walls filled with concrete. Footing drains that wrap the walls and the interior drain for cleaning are connected to ten feet of leach field to move water away from sub-terranian space.

Walls that have removable panels in key places and vents help with cooling in the summer, re-install for winter. A dog door with ramp for access is installed. Then the roof that opens for cleaning caps it off. Paint to match house or landscape is then applied. Here's what you get...
