Carpet in three bathrooms for this Summerlin home was taken out and tile installed.
Sunrise Mountain Home
This house had carpet and linoleum that had to be removed. We found the large 18" tiles and the supply was limited. We got the smaller 13" and did patterns in entry, dining room, and kitchen to fill in what we needed.
A customer gave his Dad a new floor by Capt Handyman for Christmas.
Here is a water damage project...
On the right you can see the incomplete mortar and the membrane wasn't installed properly. This caused the tile to crack and grout to fail.
