Plumbing
So a local company comes out and checks out the plumbing on this house to determine why everything is backing up. They decide they need a new toilet and charged the customer $1300.00 to install one.
Then we get a call and here's what we found when we showed up...sewer coming out of the clean-out outside the front door! We repaired the break where a root had grown into the pipe and backfilled with a foot of concrete.
Removed the big rocks and backfilled remaining with good dirt. Re-plant carefully removed sod for the "Can't tell you were here" look.
Couple weeks of not walking on it and it will be ready to pull the stakes.
