Water damaged ceiling from leaking cold water supply line.
We spray anti-mold solution and prep for sheetrock repair.
To the right of the coupler you'll see the old waterline that was leaking. We re-routed and put a clamp so nothing touches the metal joist hanger.
Couple of coats of mud, tape, and we're ready for texture.
Texture and paint to match.
New seal and caulking.
To give the caulking and glue time to dry, the shower must not be used for 24 hrs. A simple reminder stops accidental use.
